Business Portraits

Studio708 offers commercial business portraits for individuals or companies. Our business portraits can be used for business cards, billboards, websites and brochures and any printed materials. Includes the initial session (typically 10 minutes long), one backdrop, 1 outfit and typically 2-3 fully retouched images delivered within 24-48 hours. 

1-3 people- $149 per individual

 4-7 people- $100 per individual

8+ people- $75 per individual (same day session only)

Branding Portrait Session- $399

Let us help you create some especially lovely images of yourself for business cards, website and printed material. Our in-house makeup and hair artist will pamper you with hair styling and airbrush makeup. These sessions are available during the week, and will take approximately 1 hour in our spacious Oshkosh Studio. 5 fully retouched images are provided for digital download. Additional images can be purchased upon request. A pre-session consultation is recommended. 

 

 

 

Real Estate Investment

In the competitive arena of real estate sales, it is imperative that Realtors leverage multiple tools available on the web to get their listings noticed. Be it a buyers market or sellers, you need to get potential buyers to come in for a viewing, and my photos can help.

• We provide digital delivery of your photographs,   already formatted for loading into the MLS, within 24 hours of the shoot!

• We provide your high-resolution photographs in an easy to use web inventory system for download by your print marketing vendors within 24 hours of the shoot!

 

Pricing is based on the value of the home.

0-$99,999 =  $100

100,000-$149,999 = $125

150,000-$299,999 = $150

300,000 and up = $200

* Additional $0.55 per mile outside of oshkosh
* Additional editing requests available 

 

All packages include 15-50 Photos depending on the size of the home.

Digital Files will be uploaded to Dropbox or Pixieset depending on the preference for download.
